Application
σ 快速 ™ 3,3′-二氨基联苯胺片已被用作显色剂，用于性腺组织、 胸腺、 牙齿慢性根尖周病变 和胆囊切片的免疫组织化学显色。
本品适于作为沉淀底物，在免疫组织和免疫印迹分析中原位检测过氧化物酶活性。DAB会生成高强度的耐酒精黑棕色色斑，是免疫组织分析的首选底物。经DAB染色后，玻片可进一步进行脱水和树脂封片处理，以便保存供后续比对。SIGMAFAST™ DAB片剂不需要另外的缓冲液或步骤来配制活性底物溶液。铝箔独立包装。
Preparation Note
将每片片剂溶于 5 mL 去离子水中，得到含 DAB 和过氧化氢尿素的即用型缓冲液。
