General description
杜氏改良Eagle培养基（DMEM）是对Eagle基础培养基 (BME)的改良，含有四倍浓度的氨基酸和维生素以及其他补充组分。据报告首个DME配方用于培养含有1,000 mg/L葡萄糖的胚胎小鼠细胞。4,500 mg/L葡萄糖的修饰对培养某些类型的细胞效果最佳。
Application
杜氏改良Eagle低葡萄糖培养基已用于人和小鼠间充质干细胞（MSC）的分化和培养。
Preparation Note
补充 3.7 g/L 碳酸氢钠。
配制成每升培养基含 10.0 克粉末。
