General description
葡聚糖蓝是葡聚糖(dextran)的水溶性衍生物。由三嗪染料Cibacron blue F3GA与高分子量(2000 kDa)葡聚糖共价连接而成。葡聚糖蓝常作为标记物，用于测定凝胶过滤色谱柱的空隙体积。
Application
葡聚糖蓝常用于体积排阻色谱(SEC)柱的校准。在葡聚糖蓝通透性试验中用于测定含上皮细胞共培养物的完整性。葡聚糖蓝可用于亲和色谱、凝胶过滤色谱、蛋白质色谱和分子量标记物。葡聚糖蓝还用于研究阿尔兹海默症。
