General description
杜氏改良Eagle培养基（DMEM）是对Eagle基础培养基 (BME)的改良，含有四倍浓度的氨基酸和维生素以及其他补充组分。据报告首个原始DME配方已用于培养含有1,000 mg/L葡萄糖的胚胎小鼠细胞。4,500 mg/L葡萄糖的修饰对培养某些类型的细胞效果最佳。已证明DME可提高培养基的稳定性。
Application
杜氏改良Eagle低葡萄糖培养基已用于培养：
- 结肠癌SW620活细胞
- 人乳腺癌细胞系MCF-7(13)、KPL和MDA-MB-231
- 哺乳动物和犬源性脂肪源性间充质干细胞
Preparation Note
补充 0.584 g/L L -谷氨酰胺。
