General description

2′,7′-二氯二氢荧光素二乙酸酯(DCFH-DA)是一种对氧化敏感的荧光染料,用于检测细胞内活性氧(ROS)水平。DCFH-DA是一种细胞渗透性非荧光探针,可被细胞内酯酶水解为DCFH,当被细胞内的ROS氧化时形成荧光DCF。
激发波长是504 nm,发射波长是529 nm(溶于乙醇)。尚未测试过DMSO溶剂,不过已有多篇文献表明这种溶剂适合使用。
