Application

  • 聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)
  • cDNA文库扩增
  • DNA测序
  • poly（A）+ RNA筛选的上柱缓冲液
  • 感受态大肠杆菌转化缓冲液
  • 转染方案。

二甲基亚砜已用于-

  • 用作芯片点样应用中的寡核苷酸溶剂[1]
  • 用作miRNA芯片分析和实时荧光定量PCR (qRT-PCR)中的溶剂
  • 在MTT(3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2-基)-2,5-二苯基四唑溴化物）测定的细胞裂解液
  • 制备MMP（线粒体膜电位）细胞荧光评估过程所用的储备溶液
  • 用作储存人类和动物细胞系和噬菌体λ的冷冻保护剂。
制备无菌过滤DMSO溶液时，建议使用PTFE或尼龙膜。不建议使用醋酸纤维素膜。
