Biochem/physiol Actions

15-脱氧-Δ12,14-前列腺素J2(15d-PGJ2)调节体内炎症反应。15d-PGJ2还引起核因子(NF)-κB依赖性转录的PPARγ依赖性抑制。它作为抗血管生成的因子,并触发内皮细胞凋亡。
PPARγ(过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体)的选择性激动剂。 抑制表达PPARγ和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的癌细胞系的增殖。
