General description
亲和素是一种四聚或二聚生物素结合蛋白，在鸟类、爬行动物和两栖动物的输卵管中产生，并沉积在卵白中。它由四个生物素的高亲和力结合位点组成。外膜蛋白由蛋清亲和素制备而成。它是亲和纯化亲和素的改性形式，结合亲和素的高比活性和链霉亲和素的低背景染色。它是一种生物素结合蛋白产生的细菌Streptomyces avidinii。ExtrAvidin已与荧光素异硫氰酸酯(FITC)结合，并用于各种技术。
Application
ExtrAvidin®-FITC适用于以下应用：
