General description

碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（FGF-Basic） 存在于基底膜和内皮下细胞外基质中。FGF-Basic 在胚胎发育早期被诱导，它是胚胎干细胞（ESC） 和谱系定义的干细胞的多能性和自我更新所必需的（但不充分）； 其中它起到支持增殖和抑制分化的作用。hESC 的自我更新取决于激活素/Nodal/Smad2,3 分支的激活和 TGFβ 家族细胞信号传导程序的 BMP/GDF/Smad5 分支的抑制。FGF-Basic 是多能性节点支持的感受态因子。FGF-Basic 是维持干细胞特性所必需且充分的。它诱导人 ES 细胞中 Nodal 和 FGF-Basic 的表达。

Application

碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（FGF-Basic）是维持培养物中人胚胎干细胞和各种其它干细胞系，如间充质干 （基质） 细胞 （MSC） 所必需的。

Physical form

从 20 mM Tris、1 M NaCl（pH 7.0，每1 μg BFGF含 50μg 牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)/1μg 脂联素）的 0.2 μm 过滤溶液冻干。
