General description

Application

Spinacia oleracea(菠菜)中提取的铁氧还蛋白-NADP+ 还原酶用于试验潜在蛋白配偶子对3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶(GAPDH)−CP12制剂活性的影响。它也用于标准测定条件,测定藻蓝素:铁氧还蛋白氧化还原酶(PcyA)酶。
Ferredoxin-NADP + 还原酶用于 体外 蓝藻类囊体膜中脂肪酸的铁氧化还原蛋白依赖性去饱和作用。也用于调节甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶。

Biochem/physiol Actions

铁氧还蛋白-NADP + 还原酶在光合作用过程中催化还原铁氧还蛋白可逆转化为氧化铁氧还蛋白 。铁氧还蛋白-NADP (H) 还原酶组成了一个亲水性含 FAD 单体酶家族,该家族将 NADPH 或低潜力单电子供体传递给质体、线粒体和细菌中基于氧化还原的代谢。
