General description

纤连蛋白1（FN1）是由FN1基因编码的细胞外基质糖蛋白。它在血浆和细胞表面表达。它位于人染色体3q35。纤连蛋白主要由成纤维细胞和内皮细胞合成。它是一种粘着糖蛋白，主要存在于胞外基质（ECM），并在组织和骨骼中广泛分布。 纤连蛋白结构中包含多个重复肽序列，这些序列是同源的，并在两个亚基上形成线性排列的功能单元。

Application

人包皮成纤维细胞纤连蛋白已用于细胞外基质结合测定以及原聚糖（probiglycan）和裂解测定。该纤连蛋白还用于外胚层（神经元）分化和半固体生长培养基制备。

Biochem/physiol Actions

纤连蛋白1 (FN1)参与细胞黏附、生长、迁移、伤口愈合、凝血和转移。FN1基因突变可导致肾小球病变。它在细胞附着和扩散、细胞骨架控制、细胞形态和分化等方面发挥着重要作用。FN1还参与细胞外基质的形成、止血和血栓形成。在糖皮质激素治疗后正常人包皮成纤维细胞产生的纤连蛋白提高了两倍。
