General description

Fast Green FCF是一种三芳基甲烷染料，具有生物相溶性。这种三苯甲烷染色添加剂主要用于食品、药品和化妆品的着色。

Application

Fast Green FCF已用于对兔半月板和骨软骨组织进行染色。

固绿 FCF 染料用于 IEF 中的蛋白质染色，天然 PAGE 和 SDS-PAGE。固绿染色在比亮蓝 R 更广泛的蛋白质浓度范围内呈线性。为了使灵敏度最高，建议电泳后将蛋白质固定在凝胶中。然后用 0.1％固绿 FCF 在 30％（v/v）乙醇，10％（v/v）乙酸或 7％乙酸中将凝胶染色 2 小时。凝胶可以用 30％（v/v）乙醇，10％（v/v）乙酸或 7％乙酸脱色。可以在 625nm 处扫描染色的凝胶。检测灵敏度约为亮蓝 R 的 30％。
