General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
免疫球蛋白G可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿，胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。IgG1缺陷会导致低丙球蛋白血症。IgG2缺陷会导致细菌感染更易发生。IgG3介导效应功能。IgG4与无症状感染有关。IgG抗体具有巨大的治疗潜力，其Fc区可用于开发治疗性抗体。
结合所有兔 IgG。
Physical form
0.01 M 磷酸盐缓冲盐水 (pH 7.4) 溶液，含 15 mM 叠氮化钠作为防腐剂。
