General description
腺苷5′-三磷酸(ATP)生物发光体细胞检测试剂盒用于通过生物发光法测定活性体细胞悬液中释放的腺苷-5′-三磷酸(ATP)。若假定每个活细胞中的ATP含量保持不变,即可推算出细胞浓度。只选择计算活性体细胞数目是因为死亡后细胞中的ATP水平会快速下降。
