General description

Application
L-谷氨酸一钠盐水合物用于：
- 在 HEPES 缓冲盐水（HBS）中制备谷氨酸储备液，用于谷氨酸灌注
- 作为 YNG（酵母氮基谷氨酸）培养基成分
- 处理 HT22海马细胞，研究其对细胞活力的影响，检查与凋亡细胞死亡相关分子的表达
- 作为新制培养基成分，培养神经元和评估谷氨酸的摄取情况
