General description
触珠蛋白是一种在正常血浆中发现的 α 2 -球蛋白,浓度为 82-236 mg/dL,占血浆总蛋白的 0.4-2.6%。这种急性期血浆蛋白的单体形式由四条多肽链组成:两条 α链和两个 β链条。
触珠蛋白是一种急性期蛋白,可清除释放到循环中的血红蛋白。结合珠蛋白是与血红蛋白亲和力最高的血浆蛋白,主要在肝脏中表达。
Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
