Biochem/physiol Actions
COL3A1 （胶原蛋白, III 型 α 1）编码 III 型胶原蛋白的pro-α1 链。这种 III 型胶原蛋白与 I 型胶原蛋白一起存在于大多数疏松结缔组织中。它存在于皮肤、肺、子宫、肠道等组织和血管系统中，在皮层发育的调节中起一定作用。这种胶原蛋白可与大脑中的 GPR56 受体结合并抑制神经元迁移。它促进 GPR56（G 蛋白偶联受体）与Gα12/13的偶联并激活RhoA 通路。该基因缺陷可能导致 IV 型 Ehlers-Danlos 综合征，并伴有主动脉和动脉瘤。
