Biochem/physiol Actions
SP1是一种广泛表达的转录因子，属于Sp家族。它具有抗肿瘤活性，负责早期胚胎发育。它由一个具有三个锌指的DNA结合结构域和两个富含谷氨酰胺和丝氨酸/苏氨酸的转录激活结构域组成。它的稳定性和转录活性受到各种转录后修饰的高度调控。它在转录过程中的染色质重塑和基因表达调控方面发挥着至关重要的作用。Sp1在控制胰腺癌生长和转移方面也起着关键作用。
