Biochem/physiol Actions
HTR2B（5-羟色胺受体2B）是5-羟色胺的G蛋白偶联受体。该受体在特发性肺纤维化中表达增加。活化HTR2B调节胞内钙水平并影响磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶的活性。该通路还参与兰尼碱受体的激活。研究表明，HTR2B参与大脑发育，有助于大脑结构。
