Biochem/physiol Actions
该抗体能够中和重组人IL-1β的生物活性。不能中和重组人IL-α、重组小鼠IL-1α或重组小鼠IL-1β的活性。固定到微孔板上后，抗体可同时捕获重组和天然人IL-1β。在免疫印迹实验中，该抗体与重组大鼠IL-1β具有~25%交叉反应性，与重组小鼠IL-1β和重组猪IL-1β具有<5%交叉反应性。此外，在免疫印迹实验中，该抗体与重组小鼠IL-α、重组人IL-1ra、重组小鼠IL-1ra或重组大鼠IL-1α无交叉反应性。
