General description

Application
β-乳球蛋白被用于细胞学检测，以诊断肠易激综合征患者的食物超敏反应。
Biochem/physiol Actions
βLg是脂质运载蛋白家族的成员，它是由162个氨基酸组成的小分子蛋白，分子量约为18,400Da。它具有由八条链组成的β桶状结构（A-H链），桶外存在一个具有三个转角的a螺旋和第九条β链（I链），其形成二聚体形成界面的一部分。
