General description

Application
鸡蛋黄来源的3-sn-溶血磷脂酰乙醇胺已用于：
- 制备脂用于脂质体结合和囊泡测定的质体
- 用作高效薄层色谱 (HPTLC) 中的磷脂标准品，检测血小板来源微粒的磷脂组成
- 用作薄层色谱（TLC）中的磷脂标准品，鉴定含有利什曼原虫的带虫空泡(PV) 中的磷脂
Biochem/physiol Actions
溶血磷脂酰乙醇胺(LPE)参与神经系统的生理和病理进程。它在细胞膜功能、细胞凋亡、氧化压力和炎症反应中具有关键作用。
蛋黄中的L-α-溶血磷脂酰乙醇胺富含硬脂酸和棕榈酸酰化脂肪酸。
