Application

Clasto-乳胞素 β-内酯用作蛋白酶体抑制剂。

Biochem/physiol Actions

Clasto-乳胞素β-内酯(cLβL)由乳胞素(Lactacystin)合成。它具有细胞可透过性。cLβL可作用于蛋白酶体β -亚基X的N端苏氨酸。还可通过作用于β -型亚基的N-苏氨酸残基,抑制嗜盐古菌Haloferax volcanii的20S蛋白酶体活性。
