Analysis Note

Other Notes

BS-I是一种四聚体凝集素,由两种类型的亚基A和B组成。存在由不同亚基组成的五种BS-I同工凝集素:BSI-B4、BSI-AB3、BSI-A2B2、BSI-A3B、以及BSI-A4。BSI-B4 是血型B特异的,其对末端α-D-半乳糖残基具有独特的亲和力,而BSI-A4 具有血型A特异性,其对末端N-乙酰基-α-D-半乳糖胺残基具有主要亲和力。
