Application
Eagle最低必需培养基(MEM培养基)已用于:
- 原代肝细胞的分离和培养
- 培养人Ishikawa子宮內膜癌细胞(ATTC)和L-Wnt-3a细胞(ATCC),用于分泌Wnt家族成员3a(Wnt-3a)配体
