General description
最低必需培养基(MEM)是Harry Eagle开发的合成细胞培养基。培养基含有较高浓度的氨基酸,因此比较接近哺乳动物培养细胞的蛋白质成分。在含有Hanks′或Earle′s盐的配方中选择补充非必需氨基酸,可扩大该培养基的用途。混合Earle′s平衡盐的MEM是改良配方,又名αMEM,包含非必需氨基酸、丙酮酸钠和额外的维生素。
Application
Eagle最低必需培养基已用于:
- 自然杀伤细胞(NK)的维持培养
- 杜氏利什曼原虫(Leishmania donovani)菌株培养
- 大鼠毛囊隆突部位表皮神经嵴干细胞(EPI-NCSCs)的培养
Preparation Note
按照每升培养基10.1克粉末配制。
