General description

Eagle最低必需培养基含有19种氨基酸。包括必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸:丙氨酸(L-ala)、天冬酰胺(L-asn)、天冬氨酸(L-asp)、谷氨酸(L-glu)、甘氨酸(L-gly)、脯氨酸(L-pro)和丝氨酸(L-ser)。可优先用于在减少的血清存在下的贴壁细胞的生长或作为开发无血清培养基的基础配方。适合多种细胞的单层培养。

Application

Eagle最低必需培养基已用于:

  • 培养Ishikawa子宮內膜腺癌细胞,用于双酚研究
