General description
4-甲基伞形酮磷酸酯 (4-MUP) 是碱性磷酸酶的底物,碱性磷酸酶形成可溶性荧光物质甲基伞形酮。4-MUP 液体底物系统在即用型试剂中结合了 4-MUP 和缓冲液。
Application
4-甲基伞形磷酸酯(4-MUP)液体底物系统已被用作酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)中碱性磷酸盐的荧光底物。它也已被用于分泌的胚胎碱性磷酸酶(SEAP)活性测定中。
Analysis Note
4-MUP 荧光可在 360 nm 激发和 440 nm 发射下测量。也可使用紫外光源观察荧光终产物。
