Application
硫酸镁溶液可用作：
- SOC培养基成分,培养 大肠杆菌（SOC培养基：抑制分解代谢物的超级优化肉汤培养基）
- 过渡培养基成分，培养人脐静脉内皮细胞（HUVEC）]
- M9 缓冲液成分，用于固定线虫，提取细胞核
Biochem/physiol Actions
硫酸镁有抗惊厥、抗炎和舒张血管特性。硫酸镁可舒缓平滑肌。急性哮喘患者静脉注射或雾化吸入硫酸镁（作为添加剂），均可改善其肺功能。硫酸镁可减少高危孕妇发生早产。
