General description

DL-蛋氨酸是含硫的必需氨基酸。蛋氨酸由不对称碳组成，以D（右旋）和L （左旋）光学异构体存在。L-蛋氨酸被认为具有生物活性。D和L-异构体的外消旋混合物形成 DL-蛋氨酸，其是市场上可买到的蛋氨酸。

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
