General description
4-硝基苯棕榈酸酯是脂肪酶活性的底物。脂肪酶可水解4-硝基苯棕榈酸酯,得到黄色产物4-硝基苯酚,可在410 nm处通过分光光度法测定该产物。该方法的优势在于反应时间短和易于进行分光光度分析。与细胞外脂肪酶相比,细胞结合型脂肪酶更倾向于选择4-硝基苯棕榈酸酯作为底物。
