S-亚硝基-N-乙酰基-DL-青霉胺（SNAP）用于：
- 作为亚硝酸盐生成实验中的阳性对照。
- 阻断内源性转谷氨酰胺酶（TG2）的活性。
- 细胞增殖实验，在细胞培养物中产生一氧化氮(NO)。
Biochem/physiol Actions
NO供体；血管扩张剂、平滑肌松弛剂、淋巴细胞激活剂。 激活可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶。
SNAP是一种亚硝基硫醇衍生物，在生理条件下释放一氧化氮（NO），从而使其成为研究NO的药理学和生理学作用的有用工具。由于SNAP具有释放NO的特性，所有其在体内和体外均是有效的血管扩张剂，不易产生药理学耐受性。
