Biochem/physiol Actions
可水解DNA的5′-磷酸二酯键。
相较于G或C侧，微球菌核酸酶可在A或T核苷酸的5′ 侧好的对DNA进行切割。
Other Notes
在pH 8.8，37℃条件下，一个单元可每分钟从天然DNA产生1.0μmole的酸可溶性多核苷酸，对于混合核苷酸来说基于EM/260 = 10,000 。
注意：1μmole单位 = 约85 A260 单位，其中A260单位相当于在pH 8.8，37℃条件下，在3.55 mL反应体积中，30分钟内ΔA260为1.0。光路= 1cm。
