General description
单克隆抗神经丝 200(小鼠 IgM 同种型)来源于杂交瘤,该杂交瘤由小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生。神经丝是中间丝(IF)五种主要类型中的一种,主要存在于神经元起源的细胞或组织中。神经丝由三种主要蛋白组成,表观分子量分别为68 kD、160 kD和200 kD,相应命名为 NEFL(轻),NEFM(中)和 NEFH(重)。神经丝蛋白在神经元核周体中合成,组装形成丝,然后在轴突内缓慢地向突触末端移动。

Biochem/physiol Actions
