General description

GenElute HP质粒大量制备试剂盒可以简单、快速、低成本的从重组大肠杆菌培养物中分离质粒DNA。该试剂盒采用了一种可快速清除裂解液的过滤针筒和一种适于真空或离心形式的硅胶结合柱。从150 mL Luria Broth (LB)培养基过夜培养物中,可分离出多达1.2 mg 的质粒DNA。请注意,实际得率取决于所用的菌株、质粒和培养基。
