General description
抗 p300/CBP（小鼠 IgG1 同种型）单克隆抗体来源于 NM11 杂交瘤，该杂交瘤由小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和来自用天然人 p300 免疫的 BALB/c 小鼠的脾细胞融合产生。KAT2B（赖氨酸乙酰转移酶 2B）基因编码一个 p300/CBP（CREB 结合蛋白）相关因子，它属于 GNAT（GCN5（一般控制非抑制性 5）相关 N-乙酰转移酶）家族。

Biochem/physiol Actions
