Application
硫酸鱼精蛋白用于：
- 将慢病毒转导进人胚胎293T细胞
- 将 shRNA转导入间充质干细胞/骨髓基质细胞（MSC）
- 将 慢病毒Sca1-OCT4质粒转导入人脐血造血祖细胞CD34+ 细胞
Biochem/physiol Actions
碱性鱼精蛋白与带负电荷的肝素结合。在心血管外科手术中使用鱼精蛋白有时会引发过敏反应。
鱼精蛋白有助于使用阳离子脂质体直接转染微生物 细胞和人类细胞。鱼精蛋白能够有效中和肝素的抗凝作用。
