Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

蛋白酶K具有广泛的特异性，即使在天然状态下也可降解许多蛋白质。它主要切割脂肪族和芳香族氨基酸（带有封闭的α-氨基）的羧基相邻的肽键。根据氨基酸序列，蛋白酶K的分子量为28,930Da 根据SDS-PAGE，其分子量为28,500Da。最适pH值在7.5-9.0之间 其等电点为8.9。其需要Ca2+（1-5mM）进行激活。蛋白酶K可被DIFP（二异丙基氟磷酸盐）或PMSF（苯甲基磺酰氟）抑制。

Physical form

Other Notes
