General description
棕榈酸甲酯（PAME）是棕榈酸的脂肪酸酯，是一种麝香葡萄糖受体拮抗剂。棕榈酸甲酯起到血管扩张剂的作用，并在电去极化过程中，可使视网膜中的小动脉松弛。在上颈神经节中，棕榈酸甲酯可调节烟碱受体。内源性棕榈酸甲酯可调节上颈神经节中烟碱受体介导的信号传递。PAME可激活Kv7通道并促进血管周围脂肪组织。
Application
