General description

氨基末端FLAG-BAP™融合蛋白是大肠杆菌细菌碱性磷酸酶（BAP）的467个氨基酸的N末端FLAG融合蛋白，计算分子量为49.3kDa。根据电泳条件不同，N-末端FLAG-BAP融合蛋白在SDS-PAGE中迁移到45−55kDa条带。FLAG-BAP™融合蛋白可用于生物技术应用，并可用于筛选重组融合蛋白。
氨基端 FLAG-BAP 融合蛋白是一种对照蛋白，用于确认抗 FLAG M1 和 M2 单克隆抗体在免疫印迹、免疫沉淀、ELISA、电子显微镜和 FACS 等应用中的功能完整性。
