General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
蛋白磷酸酶 1 (PP1) 参与糖原代谢和肌肉收缩调节。此外，它还参与细胞周期和转录调控。重组兔 PP1α性质与天然兔肌肉蛋白相同，包括大小、活性对 Mn 2 + 的要求、磷酸化酶 A 的特异性以及冈田酸、微囊藻毒素 LR 和磷酸酶抑制剂 2 (I-2) 的抑制作用。
