IL-17A（白介素17a）是Th17（辅助T细胞）的促炎细胞因子。它定位于染色体6p12。
Immunogen
来自人IL-17A中心附近的19个氨基酸肽。
Biochem/physiol Actions
IL-17A（白介素17A）在自身免疫性疾病（如多发性硬化症和类风湿关节炎）的发病机理中起主要作用。它在过敏性鼻炎（AR）中也起着致病作用。它有助于气道上皮细胞中几种趋化因子和细胞因子的形成。
