General description
RIPA（放射免疫沉淀测定）缓冲液是一种无需准备即可使用的即用型溶液。其可最大限度避免非特异性蛋白质结合相互作用，可维持较低的背景，同时支持实现最具特异性的相互作用，从而可以研究相关蛋白质互作。由于大多数抗体和蛋白质抗原不受该缓冲液成分影响，这种成分广泛用于免疫沉淀等应用。

Application
RIPA缓冲液已被用作以下实验研究中的细胞裂解试剂：
