General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
IL-10（白介素10）是一种抗炎细胞因子。IL-10 抑制 IL-1、TNF（肿瘤坏死因子）-α 等促炎细胞因子的表达.与 IL-4 一样，IL-10 增强体液免疫应答，减弱细胞介导的免疫反应。IL-10 基因多态性与子痫前期、强直性脊柱炎、鼻咽癌和基底细胞癌的发病风险较高相关。IL-10 在-1082 A/g 的多态性 与糖尿病肾病相关。
