General description
小鼠 IL-1βELISA（酶联免疫吸附试验）试剂盒是一种体外酶联免疫吸附试验，用于定量测定血清、血浆、细胞培养上清液和尿液中的小鼠 IL-1β。白介素-1β(IL-1β）细胞因子由单核细胞、树突状细胞、巨噬细胞和角质形成细胞产生。IL-1β 前体，一种 IL-1β前体经过蛋白水解裂解产生其 17 kDa 的活性形式。IL-1β是一种强效的炎性细胞因子 ，并通过促炎分子：环氧合酶-2 (COX2) 和一氧化氮介导炎症。IL-1β损伤刺激释放，观察到严重疼痛时释放水平升高。在 T 细胞活化、抗原识别和 T 辅助细胞 17 细胞发育中有其主要功能。IL-1β也负责自然杀伤 T (NKT) 细胞和 NK 细胞形成 IL-17 和 IL-22。已知其可诱导银屑病和类风湿性关节炎炎症。IL-1β控制细胞间粘附分子-1 的表达。它与骨损伤和血管损伤显著相关。
