Biochem/physiol Actions
IL-2（白介素 2）是由 T 细胞响应抗原或促有丝分裂刺激而产生的强效免疫调节淋巴因子。它是 I 型细胞因子。IL-2/IL-2R（白细胞介素 2/IL-2 受体）信号转导是 T 细胞增殖和免疫应答所必需的其他基本功能所必需的。IL-2 刺激 B 细胞、NK（自然杀伤）细胞、淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞、单核细胞、巨噬细胞和少突胶质细胞的生长和分化。 与儿童复发性口腔溃疡、哮喘及 肺炎支原体感染有关。 小鼠体内 IL2 的缺失会引起致命的淋巴细胞增生性炎症疾病（IL-2 缺乏综合征）。IL-2 信号转导涉及三种途径：磷酸肌醇 3-激酶 (PI3-K)/AKT、Ras-MAPK（有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶）和 JAK-STAT（Janus 激酶-信号转导子和转录激活子）途径。
