General description

Application

人 VEGF-A ELISA 试剂盒已用于定量测定:
  • 人肝癌细胞系PLC-PRF-5中的VEGF,
  • 去细胞化脑膜支架（decellularized meningeal scaffold，DMS）中的残留细胞因子
  • 人牙周膜（hPDL）成纤维细胞

仅供研究使用。不可用于诊断过程。
人VEGF（血管内皮生长因子）ELISA试剂盒已被用于测定与先兆子痫和健康孕妇血浆一起孵育的人脐带血管内皮细胞（HUVEC）中的VEGFA水平。

Biochem/physiol Actions

VEGF（血管内皮生长因子）是一种有效的血管生成细胞因子。它可刺激内皮细胞的增殖和迁移。VEGF通过增强囊泡-液泡细胞器(VVO)功能诱导微血管通透性。VEGF在正常血管生成和病理性血管生成中都发挥着重要作用。大量证据表明VEGF涉及肿瘤转移和眼内新生血管综合征的诱导。VEGF表达增加导致视网膜血管生成，因此，使用可溶性VEGF受体嵌合蛋白抑制VEGF可以被认为是一种治疗缺血性视网膜疾病的潜在方法。VEGF在C (-634) G的多态性与2型糖尿病的糖尿病视网膜病变相关。VEGF表达的改变也与类风湿性关节炎、格雷夫斯病、牛皮癣、心血管疾病和外周肢体疾病相关。
