General description
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。它由恒定（C）区域中的γ（γ）重链组成。IgG的单体150kDa结构是由分子量分别为50kDa和25kDa的两条相同重链和两条相同轻链构成的。该抗体的一级结构还含有二硫键，它连接两条重链、连接重链和轻链并位于链内。IgG进一步细分为四类，即具有不同重链的IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4，分别命名为γ1、γ2、γ3和γ4。
Application
HRP偶联的抗兔IgG浓缩物（Item I1）已被用于蛋白质免疫印迹和免疫组织化学。
