General description
Sirtuin 3（Sirt3）是定位于线粒体基质的NAD依赖性脱乙酰基酶。SIRT3编码一个44 kDa的全长形式和一个N端142个氨基酸的截短形式。它位于人染色体11p15.5。
Immunogen
对应于人SIRT3第384-399个氨基酸的合成肽，通过N-末端的半胱氨酸残基与KLH发生偶联。
Application
兔抗Sirt3抗体还可用于蛋白质印迹。
Biochem/physiol Actions
Sirtuin 3（Sirt3）主要是一种核蛋白，在细胞应激期间转移到线粒体中。在人类中，Sirt3脱乙酰基并激活线粒体酶乙酰辅酶A合成酶1（AceCS2）。Sirt3与调节棕色脂肪细胞的线粒体功能和生热有关。已证明其水平与延长寿命相关。Sirt3水平升高与淋巴结阳性乳腺癌有关。
