Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

磺胺嘧啶是一种磺胺类抗生素，通过抑制二氢喋呤合成酶而阻断二氢叶酸的合成。磺胺嘧啶是细菌合成叶酸所需的对氨基苯甲酸 (PABA) 的竞争性抑制剂 。对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌和衣原体有效。耐药模式是通过改变二氢喋呤合成酶或叶酸合成的替代途径。
